Lillooet Grown Food Hub Co-operative Business Plan and Market Access Strategy (2015-2017)

Upland was retained to develop a business plan (including risk assessment and financial analysis) for a centralized co-operative food hub (both virtual and on-the-ground) for small and medium-scale producers in Lillooet. This project component was completed within a modest timeframe and budget (6 months, $15,000). In 2017, Upland was once again retained by LAFS, this time to conduct an agricultural market access strategy for small to medium-scale farmers which will serve to further implement the agricultural plan recommendations.
